Our office opened on December 10, 1997 in Springdale, Arkansas. We have been funded through grants from the Diocese of Little Rock, the Walton Family Foundation, and the Vincentians (a religious order). We are a non-profit organization accredited by the Board of Immigration Appeals.
Our mission is to aid persons in clarifying their legal status in the Unites States and thereby to alleviate the related problems of family separation, economic victimization, and social isolation.
Our function is to provide low cost immigration counseling and support to families and individuals who are eligible for immigration benefits and cannot afford private assistance.
- Counseling for immigration related needs
- Preparation of immigration applications and forms
- Referrals to attorneys for legal assistance and deportation proceedings
- Assistance in gathering documents for submission to USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services)
- Advocacy, networking, and referral to community resources
Fee Policy
We charge a small fee for our services in order to cover the cost of processing the application, however, we will not turn anyone away due to inability to pay the fee. We do not charge clients for VAWA or U-Visa Applications.
*Anyone is invited to request our services regardless of class, race, religion, gender, and sexual orientation.
